The organisers of women&work, Europe's largest trade fair congress for women, are offering a virtual free "Summer Academy" on Saturday, 21 September 2019. Four webinars will provide insights and further impulses on key competences, value-oriented leadership, successful positioning and personal strengths.

The following topics are offered as part of the virtual "Summer Academy".

12:00 noon - 1:00 pm:
The Competence Wheel - Four key competences of the future
Industry 4.0 will radically change the working environment. Competences that are still in demand today will not necessarily be needed in the future. They will be replaced by four elementary key competences, which will be presented in this Webinar®.

1:00 - 2:00 pm:
Women lead differently: Convicing with value-oriented leadership(in male domains)
The art of leadership bases on the ability and willingness of managers to express appreciation and recognition of their own employees and to motivate them to achieve their goals. The Webinar® shows how this can be achieved.

2:00 - 3:00 pm:
Successful positioning for women
Women still have to assert themselves more strongly in the world of work than men and make their own successes and skills visible. This Webinar® shows how this special form of "positioned self-marketing" works.

3:00 - 4:00 pm:
Value creation "I": Knowing personal strengths and communicating correctly
In the modern world of work, which is characterized especially by team processes and integrative work, the personality of each individual is becoming more and more important. In this Webinar® the participants get an insight into the exciting world of personality.

Enrolled students and graduates of German and foreign universities can participate. The webinar language is German. Participation is possible upon presentation of a valid matriculation certificate.
