For another three years, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Annette Hafner - head of the Chair of Resource Efficient Construction - continues her successful work in the Scientific Advisory Board for Forest Policy. The advisory board advises the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture on shaping the framework conditions for sustainable forest management.
Prof. Hafner's research focuses on wood as a renewable raw material and its use in the construction sector. In recent years, the Advisory Board has been able to develop important impulses for the conservation, sustainable development and management of forests in Germany.
