Last week, 25 international master students of civil engineering from Croatia, Northern Macedonia and Portugal visited the Dillenburg branch of the Autobahn Westfalen - as part of a European cooperation program (Erasmus+) - under the supervision of the faculty as well as the Bauhaus University Weimar. In addition, the students visited the A45 replacement project of the Bornbach and Bechlingen viaducts.

In addition, the students visited the A45 replacement project of the Bornbach and Bechlingen viaducts.
The Westphalia branch, with its headquarters in Hamm, extends from Emsland in Lower Saxony through the Ruhr region to northern Hessen. The branch, with more than 1,400 employees, includes five field offices in Osnabrück, Bochum, Hagen, Netphen and Dillenburg, two project offices and 18 highway maintenance depots.
