Under the coordination of the AG for Wind Engineering and Fluid Mechanics and together with the Centre for Teaching and Learning (Zentrum für Wissenschaftsdidaktik) at RUB, the Transnational Didactic Meeting took place from 10 to 12 February 2022 as part of the PARFORCE program. The aim was to expand the didactic knowledge of the participating PARFORCE project partners regarding the use of digital media.
In times of digital lectures and remote teaching, practical laboratory experiments face the greatest challenge for lecturers' pedagogical skills. In this context, PARFORCE seeks to create a common platform for digital/virtual laboratory experiments for European universities in the field of civil engineering. In order to complement digital teaching for civil engineering students with practical content, various experiments in laboratories of specialized institutes will be made virtually accessible to enhance the standard curriculum.
